PARISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
The Religious Education staff
organizes and implements OLF's religious education program including the coordination of sacramental catechesis
for Our Lady of Fatima School. The Religious Education office is located on the lower level of the school
(use bell to gain entrance) near the library. Staff members are available Monday through Friday to discuss

YOUTH MINISTRY
Our Youth Program focuses on developing the
spiritual growth of our teens including advocacy catechesis, community life, evangelization, justice, peace and service, leadership development, pastoral care and guidance, prayer and worship through a variety of activities and events in the parish and community. The goals of the program for The Junior Youth Group and The High School Youth Group are
to empower teens to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today, to draw teens to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community, as well as, to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each teen.
A variety of programs encourage involvement in parish and youth liturgies, the
MacKenzie Trek retreat program, involvement in outreach and service activities for the needy on local, inner city and foreign mission levels, participation in national and regional conferences, diocesan events, social activities, and much more.

RCIA
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a process through which unbaptized adults are initiated into the Catholic Church, and those baptized in another Christian tradition are received into full communion of the church. Parishioners serve as catechists, sponsors and hospitality ministers. They form a team, which is responsible, along with the pastor and associate pastor, for the catechesis and spiritual direction of men and women seeking full membership in the Catholic Church. OUR LADY OF FATIMA SCHOOL
Our Lady of Fatima School is a fully accredited preschool through eighth grade school. The mission of Our Lady of Fatima School is to provide, in a creative atmosphere, a child-centered education of academic excellence. It is based on Catholic principles and traditional Christian values supported by strong family commitment.
The curriculum includes all major subjects, daily religion instruction, plus music, art, library, and physical education for all grades, and offers French or Spanish beginning in grade five. An updated state of the art technology program with networked computers in every classroom, as well as the library media center, integrates with the curriculum for grades K through 8.
A full time teacher and assistant teacher staff the Preschool Program for three and four year olds. The children enjoy a nurturing, learning experience emphasizing religion, social skills, personal confidence, and respect for others.
An Extended Day Program is available from 2:45 to 6:00 p.m. for OLF students, according to the school calendar. The program is open to all K-8 and four year old preschool students in Our Lady of Fatima School. On school-scheduled half days, the program operates a double session from noon until 6:00 p.m. Supervised homework, snacks, free play, games, videos, stories, etc. are included in this popular program at OLF School . The Extended Day Program is staffed by an experienced teacher and a full time director.
