Did You Know?
➢ Each year our Faith Formation program serves approximately 350+ students.
➢ Though most students live in Wilton, some of our students come from Norwalk,
Weston, and Westport.
➢ Our program had over 20 catechists last year. These catechists have been involved in Religious Education from one to 22 years, with many having children who attended or currently attend Faith Formation classes at OLF.
➢ Our average class size is 17 students, and we offer instruction for grades 1 – 8.
These are some of our costs that we incur each year and must be covered by our tuition
and sacramental pricing:
Administrative Costs: Salaries for our staff members and stipends for our Sunday
nurse & hall monitor.
Sacrament Fees: Retreat speaker and costs, Sacramental books, Certificates, Name
tags, Confirmation robes and stoles, Communion banner kits, Prayer cards and gifts for
students, Retreat speaker & costs, Fees for additional priests for Confessions, Musicians
for First Communions and Confirmation ceremonies.
Social Concerns: Financial Assistance for OLF parishioners in need.
Office/Classroom Supplies: Copy paper, colored paper, cardstock, ink, staples for
printing. Routine office supplies. Disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, facial tissue.
Teaching Tools: Teacher’s Manuals Books, booklets & crafts to enhance lessons or to
use as parent resources. Bibles and Catechisms of the Catholic Church..
